     Was a brakeman on the railroad from Watertown in 1873. Went to Redwood to learn miller's trade in 1874. Was one of the proprietors of the Hunter & Osborn mill, a flouring & textile mill in Dexter. Purchased a mill in Sandy Creek in 1903. Was a member of F. and A. M. No 173.
Lived with parents in Clayton, NY in 1850 to 3/1/1872, when moved across the road. Lived in Dexter. Lived in Sandy Creek. Lived in Chaumont, NY in 1906 to his death, Academy St. in 1920.
